Mill Creek dates back to the first 1960’s Incline Village developments. Some original homes from that era remain, but this desirable neighborhood on the easternmost part of town is truly experiencing a lot of renewed interest. Situated among its mostly level and generously sized lots are an array of new luxury homes. People are also attracted to the area’s lower elevation and proximity to Ski Beach, Incline Village Recreation Center, and the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino.
